The Negotiation Club at Handelshochschule Leipzig (HHL) Graduate School of Management is a student initiative aimed at equipping its members with profound negotiating skills and helping them prepare for global negotiation challenges such as The Negotiation Challenge and The Warsaw Challenge.
HHL is one of the pioneers of negotiation theory in Europe. Courses on negotiation skills are an integral part of the curriculum in almost all courses. Over the decades, we have trained a large number of successful executives and entrepreneurs who use their negotiation skills in their everyday work.
The Center for International Negotiation at HHL is a think tank focused on promoting the understanding of negotiation as a managerial skill, helping leaders improve their negotiation intelligence and develop negotiation skills. The Center organizes annual international negotiation competitions for students and professionals called The Negotiation Challenge.
The Center for International Negotiation offers innovative and highly interactive negotiation seminars, programs and lectures for academic institutions and corporate clients. Our range of courses is based on experiential learning and combines a solid academic basis with a strong practical relevance.
